Isobel graduated in South Africa and managed her own general practice in a remote rural setting while working in the local hospital doing emergency medicine. Later, when Isobel started a family she joined a larger practice in a rural area and specialised  in family medicine. She built up experience in emergency medicine, surgery, anaesthetics, and also mental health such as PTSD and postnatal depression.

Isobel and her family moved to Australia in 2006 and made it their new home.

Her passion has always been general practice particularly women’s health, children and is registered in Share Care Obstetrics pre and post natal care.Mental health have always been a keen interest and she is registered in Focused Psychological Strategies.
